The popularity of creativity

Why does the man with the imaginative child's mind produce works of immense popularity? Why do theme parks and fantastical topics seem to enthrall even the most grown of men?

Because, in everyone of us is a child - whether repressed, smothered or not. And the child is who we are. Culture and societal norms have shaped our minds, thoughts and actions to be that befitting of an "adult". Occassionally that little child in us throws a tantrum, demanding to be let out, that it gets its way. To come out and engage in the wonders and fantasies again.

And of what comparability is a child but to an animal? Thus it comes as no surprise that our distinction from other animals in the animal kingdom is merely that of a psychological one.
